Q: How can men be better boyfriends and lovers?
Those are two very different things. A better boyfriend would be the whole sensitivity aspect of it. It is very important to listen to complaints and act like you actually care, even if you are acting. Say, 'I am so sorry that your feet are sore, do you want me to rub them?' That is great, that little thing, just making an effort will change the whole relationship and you will probably get a whole lot more sex.

Better girlfriends: women need to be more understanding and not pressure so much. Women are very jealous and apply pressure on men, and that makes them pull away.
Better lovers: women need to get in touch with their sexual side and stop being so pent-up. Don't worry about how your body looks with the lights on.
